Learn about the new planned developments in the greater Cherry Creek Neighborhood and the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (“BID”). Christine Des Enfants, Executive Director for the CCN Chamber of Commerce will present and explain what developments we can expect to see in the years ahead.

**Design Review Process for Developments in the CCN BID** **Lilly Djaniants**

The CCN Business Improvement District (BID) is one of the few areas of Denver for which there is a Design Review process, currently headed by Lilly Djaniants with the Denver Planning Department. Join us to hear from Lilly about how the CCN Design Review Board operates and how this process provides for a well-coordinated and predictable development outcome.
