Free for all residents or an optional $40 a year to support our Association

# Membership Benefits

Joining our community is always free. The optional $40 per household supporting membership is what pays for the Catch-Up, block parties, and the advocacy work below. Membership runs October through September.

- Member only events
- Email updates between Catch-Up issues
- Monthly Catch-Up digital communication
- A voice in zoning and area planning
- Participation in social groups and clubs
- Two boxes of shredding each year

Plus many more benefits throughout the year.

## Advocacy on zoning, licensing and safety

CCNNA takes action on behalf of the neighborhood by monitoring zoning and licensing issues.

Constantly monitors zoning changes and variances that may adversely affect property values. All new liquor licenses and changes to license ownership are monitored to protect quality of life in Cherry Creek North.

### Residents' Meetings

Meetings that give residents affected by major neighborhood issues the chance to be informed and to voice concerns.

### Safety coordination with the CCN BID: https://ccnneighbors.com/committees

Formed to promote neighborhood and business district safety improvements. Committee members meet with the Business Improvement District about safety impacting the neighborhood.

CCNNA keeps the neighborhood informed by communicating with members and residents.

Residents with email receive prompt, current information on important issues. Member information is kept confidential and restricted to CCNNA use only.

### Special information forums

Educational and feedback events arranged periodically on important CCN and City issues.

CCNNA creates a true neighborhood by offering clubs, groups, lectures, educational offerings and fun events.

## Representing Cherry Creek North across the city

### Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC)

CCNNA is a member of INC, a citywide organization that brings Denver neighborhoods together on comprehensive city and community issues.

### Cherry Creek North business community

CCNNA represents resident interests with the City and with the Cherry Creek North business district.

### Cherry Creek Steering Committee

CCNNA is represented on the committee, which provides guidance on a variety of topics. Members are from surrounding RNOs and CCN BID, City of Denver departments, Local Council members and the Cherry Creek Mall.
