    TRAY PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES:

    Duck & Sweet Corn Wonton (creamy corn and duck served in a crispy wonton shell)

    Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin (savory beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon and skewered, served with a red onion chutney)

    Roasted Beet & Mascarpone Arancini (beet and mascarpone risotto ball breaded, fried and topped with a whipped crème fraîche)

    PLATED SALAD:

    The Wine Maker (heritage field greens, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and local feta. Accompanied by a white balsamic vinaigrette)

    Cheddar & Herb Popovers (light egg bread stuffed with cheddar cheese and fresh herbs)

    Bistro Tenderloin Medallions with Stranahan's Whiskey and Bacon Cream
